San Francisco Strength Training Class

This 6-week strength training class will focus on proper form and technique for upper body, lower body, and core strength exercises. After mastering the movements, participants will apply their skills in a workout session that incorporates these exercises.

Date: Wednesdays, October 29 - December 10, 2025

*No Class on 11/26*
