“Exercise is supposed to be a fun activity that gets your body moving and feeling good. I aim to help clients feel both comfortable and confident in what they do and their exercise routine moving forward. Through education and experience, I plan on assessing a client’s wants and needs to create a personalized program, so they can meet their desired goal. As an active runner, I’m always evaluating my goals for the day and how my body feels, then creating a game plan to help achieve what I set out for. I’m excited to work with a wide variety of individuals to feel good about exercise, and to move with intention.”

  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at San Francisco State, San Francisco, California
  • Physical Therapy Aide, Presidio Sport and Medicine
Interests
  • Long runs, especially if it’s by the beach
  • Hiking
  • Avid music listener, whether at a concert or through my headphones
  • A big foodie and enjoys finding new restaurants and cafes

  • Mondays 8am – 12pm
