
“I work with all clients; from athletes with goals to perform better in sports to everyday people with goals to improve mobility, strength, and overall health. Through proper exercise training, my goal is to educate and motivate clients to be the best versions of themselves physically and mentally. Growing up playing football, basketball, and track and field has helped me gain a passion for exercise and fitness.
After suffering multiple sports-related injuries and overcoming shoulder and ACL surgeries, I became enthusiastic about rehab and corrective exercise training. In my experience as a PT Aide, Transitional Trainer and Personal Trainer at Presidio Sport & Medicine, I work closely with Physical Therapists who have shared immense knowledge and I’ve had the opportunity to create programs and help clients achieve their goals of higher level fitness.”
