“I aim to help clients achieve their personal physical goals, whether working with an injury or providing maintenance massage. I am accustomed to working with athletes, non-athletes, people recovering from injury, pregnant women, and the elderly. I developed an early awareness of the importance of good body form and function through my work as an actor and dancer. I believe that the secret of good bodywork starts with listening, identifying dysfunction, and encouraging the mind and body to adapt to a new pattern; one that promotes a physically healthy homeostasis. I deliver all my work with sensitivity and energetic awareness.”
Specialty
“My expertise is the combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage with integrated Assisted Stretch work. I also draw on my Shiatsu, Reflexology and Lymphatic training. I enjoy working with neck and shoulder pain and migraine sufferers.”
