“I believe fitness should be accessible, empowering, and tailored to each individual. My approach is rooted in evidence-based training, with a focus on movement quality, progressive programming, and clear communication, meeting clients where they are—whether they’re new to training, returning from injury, or looking to improve performance. With experience coaching athletes and working with clients in recovery, I understand the challenges of rebuilding strength and confidence. I prioritize practical and enjoyable programming that helps people regain trust in their bodies, especially during return-to-sport transitions. I’m passionate about helping recreational athletes and active adults build resilience and sustainable habits that carry into everyday life, setting realistic goals, celebrating small wins, and creating a process that feels both effective and manageable. As a current athlete who plays soccer and consistently trains in the gym, I bring firsthand experience to my coaching and live the process I teach, allowing me to better connect with clients and guide them with empathy and real-world insight”
