“I'm all about making exercise fun... for me at least. I'll pull up a chair, grab some popcorn and proudly watch you suffer. :kissing_heart:I'm a recovering competitive gymnast with a dozen surgeries under my belt and chronic pain to match, which is why this field feels so much like home. When I say I get it, I really mean it. Turns out your body can handle more than you thought. It's not always pretty, but it's worth every second when you're moving through life again on your own terms. I'm keen on working with people who have sports injuries and chronic pain with a soft spot for gymnasts, surfers and anyone navigating hypermobility or scoliosis. Exercise should be intentional, otherwise it's just effort. I'm known for making specific corrections because I truly want you to feel the difference. I will help you build autonomy and confidence through movement, celebrating the small wins so you actually fall in love with the process and not just the outcome. We'll set realistic goals, tailor your program around what actually matters to you and reward the progress as we go. You'll hate me until you realize you can do your activities again. If your body has ever tried to sabotage you, you're in good company. Ready to suffer together?”
