“I’m all about making exercise fun and personal! As a retired gymnast who’s been through the wringer with injuries and chronic pain, I know firsthand that recovery requires empathy, patience, and a good dose of resilience! That’s why I’m passionate about crafting 1 on 1 exercise programs tailored to each individual’s needs. While I’m happy to work with all types of clients, I have a special connection with those on a journey to overcome physical setbacks, especially sports injuries. I believe exercises should be enjoyable and customized to keep you motivated at every stage of your life. My approach focuses on embracing our current selves as we are, setting realistic and achievable goals, and working together to boost both physical and mental well-being. Let’s make your fitness journey exciting!”
