This eight-week class will be a progressive training program, working on various full-body exercises each week. The fun group class will focus on developing quickness, strength, and power!

The more you commit, the better the results and the better the deal! Commit to all 8 classes for $160 or drop in at $25 per class.

Please wear exercise attire that is comfortable and allows you to move freely. All equipment will be provided, along with water and exercise towels.
