Join us for 8 weeks of fun high-energy group fitness including strength training, cardiovascular fitness, agility, and sport-specific movements to promote well-rounded performance. This class will be a collaborative progressive training program with new PSM instructors every 2 weeks. The class will focus developing quickness, strength, and power!

The more you commit, the better the results and the better the deal! Commit to all 8 classes for $160 or drop in at $25 per class.

Please wear exercise attire that is comfortable and allows you to move freely. All equipment will be provided, along with water and exercise towels.
