Strength Foundations

Join our 4-week beginner strength training series! Each class will focus on perfecting your form and technique for both upper and lower body exercises, along with core strengthening. You will learn how to safely lift weights and progressively increase the load to build strength. Once you’ve mastered the movements, a workout session including the exercises will be implemented.

If you’d like to reserve your spot in class, book here. Drop-ins are welcome to come and pay at the time of class.

What to Bring:
Please wear exercise attire that is comfortable and allows you to move freely.  All equipment will be provided, along with water and exercise towels.
