“With a background in computer science and a passion for anatomy, I approach each bodywork session seeing an intricate network of systems—mindfully tuning into your body’s unique needs. At the same time, I believe that every session is highly personalized, collaborative, and energetically unique. By combining technical precision with an intuitive, mindful, touch, I strive to offer an experience that’s both scientifically grounded and deeply personal.”
Specialty
Each session is highly customizable with a variety of techniques: whether it’s disarming the nervous system with a lovely Swedish massage; speeding up recovery with lymphatic drainage; retraining the neuromuscular system for overcompensation patterns; addressing specific musculoskeletal issues with deep tissue; or energizing the body with Sports/Thai stretches and mobilizations. I enjoy working with people of all shapes, sizes, genders, who haven’t been in their bodies for a while. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I also like working with people who are embodied and need specific finetuning to get them closer to their fitness and wellness goals.
