“I love working with all types of athletes from different sports to help them find the safest way to move and find ways to generate the most efficient power output for their sport. I enjoy working with clients who need to improve their range of motion, especially those finished with Physical Therapy and who need a routine of faulty-movement prevention. I help clients understand how to un-glue stiff joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia using Yoga Tune Up® and mobility methods.”
My career has spanned from a professional dancer, Pilates and yoga teacher, to now a strength and conditioning coach and mobility specialist. I have gained a wide body of knowledge of the body through these different genres and I use that to my advantage when teaching. My specialty outside strength and conditioning is Mobility. I worked under Kelly Starrett’s eye for a long time and was the mobility coach at SF CrossFit.
