“Having spent most of my life participating in various sports and training styles, I understand the importance of taking a holistic approach to exercise. From strength training to mobility and agility, I believe there’s something for everyone when it comes to fitness. My goal is to help clients identify the modality that best suits their needs and goals and create a program specifically tailored to them. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, striving to help everyone feel comfortable and confident in their ability to exercise.”
