“Originally from France, I am passionate about helping people move with confidence and stay active throughout all stages of life. I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach, taking the time to understand each person’s goals, needs, and lifestyle to create an individualized plan for recovery and long-term health. I believe in combining evidence-based practice, education, and progressive exercise to empower patients to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery. I have a particular interest in women’s health across the lifespan, including female athletes, pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and the musculoskeletal changes associated with menopause. I look forward to working with you!”
