"With over 10 years as a massage practitioner, I am inspired by the body’s innate healing abilities, specifically in the area of muscular-skeletal alignment, and pain reduction and rehabilitation. My bodywork is born out of a passion for healing and a desire to help people feel great. My trained hands are a perfect match for athletes seeking to improve their performance by increasing their range of motion, strength, and flexibility. My style of bodywork is also ideal for anyone seeking to rehabilitate from an injury, improve postural alignment, restore balance to their body, and/or just simply want to release tension."
"I specialize in Orthopedic Massage and Active Release Technique. These two styles of bodywork focus on treating painful conditions or discomfort that affect the soft tissue (muscle, tendon, fascia, and nerves) of the body. In addition to its rehabilitative approach, it is an ideal form of preventative body therapy. It is extremely beneficial to those who want to explore alternative forms of non-invasive therapeutic healing."

“I had an ART session with Bryan. He was very attentive and wouldn’t push me if I felt discomfort from too much tension; he would take a step back and see where my range of motion was without applying pressure, then worked with that, slowly pushing those pressure points and asking me how I felt through the process.
I decided to do an upper body workout after my ART session and I felt like my range of motion was more fluid during my workout. I was even able to increase PR! The next day, I definitely felt a bit sore, a little bit from the technique and probably from the workout as well. It was a good feeling though! I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for something to release more tension than a massage or foam roller will do. Bryan really gets in there and relieves the tension almost instantly.” – Amanda S.
